Chapter 12: Cultivation
[Third POV]
“Master, if you do not mind, I would like to cultivate in the dimension you created before,” said Asura.
Temera stepped forward and added, “I would like to do so as well.”
Samuru looked at them and said, “Okay, I will reopen that dimension, but this time I will add something special for both of you.”
“What will that be?” they asked, curious.
“I will add beasts that will help you gain insight, as well as mortals capable of cultivating. Whether or not you want to create a clan is up to you,” Samuru explained.
They looked at Samuru appreciatively.
“Thank you, Master,” said Temera and Asura as they bowed toward him. Samuru stepped back to allow Iovis to step forward.
“I have a gift, or rather, an opportunity for both of you when you get back,” said Iovis. Asura and Temera bowed once again, this time to Iovis.
“Thank you, Master,” they said.
Samuru moved toward the lake and snapped his fingers. The snap created a distortion of space above the lake, and a plain wooden door appeared in its place. Just as he was about to open the door, a thought crossed his mind.
‘Why not just move the dimension into this one instead of having a dimension inside another dimension?’ he thought. He willed the two dimensions to merge. The door vanished soon afterward. New planets and stars began to appear across the sky. Once everything had merged completely, the Qi in the air changed to match the Qi of the other dimension.
‘A simple task. A God-level creator must have created this place when they first started cultivating,’ Samuru thought.
“That was a smart idea,” said Iovis.
Samuru looked toward Iovis and said, “The idea came halfway through.”
Asura and Temera both looked confused.

“Master, I do not understand what’s happening,” said Temera.
Samuru shifted his gaze from Iovis to his servant Temera and said, “I have merged the two dimensions together, rather than having one dimension inside another. Now, before I send you both off, I want to say that it’s okay for any of you to find love.”
He vanished from his spot and appeared in front of the two.
“Before you go on your adventure, I would like to give you something,” he said. He reached out his arm, closed his empty hand, and reopened it. His hand was no longer empty but now held two scrolls. “When you believe you have found someone you trust and love, open the scroll. As you change size, so will the scrolls, so you do not have to worry about their size. They’re also reusable.”
Samuru handed them each a scroll. They experimented with the scrolls by changing their size. After a few moments, they completed their experimentation.
‘This is magnificent. I wonder what it does,’ thought Temera.
“What does the scroll do, if you don’t mind me asking?” she inquired.
Samuru grinned and said, “You’ll just have to wait and see. Now, go off and cultivate.”
“As you wish, Master,” said Temera and Asura. They lifted off into the atmosphere and flew to a distant planet.
‘I should explain what happened,’ thought Samuru. Thanks for reading on ManaNovel!
**[Vorbris POV]**
“Mother and Father, why are so many planets appearing in the sky?” I asked my parents curiously. We were currently in the dining room having dinner. Gods do not need to eat, but we do enjoy the taste.
“I have no idea. Something with that much power cannot go unnoticed—” said my father, but he was interrupted by a familiar voice.
“I’m sure you’ve noticed the increase in planets in the sky. You need not be alarmed; it was my doing. You are allowed to explore these new worlds; you might be astonished by what you find. Restrictions: For 100,000 years, it is forbidden for Gods to interfere with a planet or its races. Accidental or indirect destruction of a planet is allowed; anything else will result in the immediate destruction of your soul. There’s nothing to fear if you follow the rules,” said the familiar voice.
There was silence in the throne room as everyone took a moment to process what they had just heard.
“Didn’t that voice sound just like the God we met?” I said.
“Yes, I agree,” said my father, and my mother nodded in agreement. “My blood is boiling for adventure! Everyone pack your things. We’re going on an adventure.”
‘Yay, I can finally explore something besides this planet,’ I thought to myself.
I watched as my father stood up, walked toward a window, and said, “They are already in action.”
**[Samuru POV]**
“What now?” asked Iovis.
“We need a place where we can cultivate in peace,” I replied, looking at the lake. “I know exactly where we should go.”
I lifted off the ground, headed toward the center of the lake, and Iovis followed. I looked at the bottom of the lake, snapped my fingers, and an average-sized house appeared at the bottom of the lake. Surrounding the house was a magic barrier to keep the water out.
“That is where we will cultivate,” I said as I vanished to appear inside the house. The interior was a white void with two extremely comfortable sitting pillows. I went to one pillow, and Iovis went to the other.
“Just have to condense a core?” I asked Iovis.
“Yes, that’s all you need to do,” replied Iovis.
I went into a meditative position.
‘Hmm, how should I do this?’ I thought. After a few moments of contemplation, a thought occurred to me. ‘Can I just create it myself?’
I willed my core of creation to appear inside me. As soon as it appeared, I felt a surge of power like never before.
Iovis awoke from his meditative state, looked at me, and said, “What was that power surge just now?”
“I believe my creation domain has entered the God Lord realm,” I said.
“What? How were you able to condense it so quickly?” asked Iovis.
“I didn’t condense it; I created it,” I said smugly.
“The creation domain is unfair,” said Iovis.
‘Hehe, I might as well help him,’ I thought.
I snapped my fingers, and power surged into Iovis. This time, instead of just using creation magic, I also used my magic domain.
Iovis said with amazement, “Samuru, you’ve just created a destruction core.” He soon went back to cultivating.
‘If my magic domain power was high enough, I should be able to give someone more realms,’ I thought. I then proceeded to create my magic core. Soon afterward, my power surged once again.
‘I wonder what color my core is,’ I thought as I manifested my cores in front of me. In front of me were two spheres with an iron texture. I wondered what would happen if I infused power into the cores.
**[One Year Later]**
*Boom* *Boom*
‘It has taken a year, but I’ve broken through to the God King realm,’ I thought as I felt a surge of power like never before coursing through my veins. I looked at Iovis and noticed he was close to a breakthrough as well. I had been supplying him with one-third of my energy.
*Boom*
‘He has finally broken through,’ I said as I went back to cultivating.
**[10,000 Years Later]**
*Boom* *Boom*
‘What is going on with the time difference? The amount of power needed is immense. Now, I am a Sovereign,’ I thought as I waited for Iovis’s breakthrough.
*Boom*
‘Based on the increasing time required to advance in realms, we won’t reach the Origin realm at this rate,’ I thought as I snapped my fingers, changing the time ratio in the house. Now, one year outside equaled one billion years inside. I also added a presence-hiding barrier.
**[100,000,000 Years Later (Inside) = 0.1 Year Later (Outside)]**
*Boom* *Boom*
‘Finally, I’ve reached the Origin realm,’ I thought. Our cores were now transparent.
*Boom*
I looked at Iovis and asked, “Should we stop here or aim for the next realm? You don’t have to worry about the time.”
Iovis opened his eyes, thought for a moment, and said, “Just to be safe, I believe we should aim for the realm that no one knows about.”
“I agree,” I said.
‘Back to cultivating.’
**[1,000,000,000,000 Years Later (Inside) = 1,000 Years Later (Outside)]**
‘Eh, no boom this time?’ I asked myself.
I looked at Iovis and asked, “Did you finally reach a bottleneck?”
“I believe so,” said Iovis. “At least we have reached the Origin realm’s 5th tier.”
“You’re right. Let’s visit the Origin realm before heading home,” I said.
